    21-Day Fresh Start Reboot

    Whether you are starting fresh or need a fresh start our simple 21-day series will get you on track to meet your wellness goals!

    You’ve landed here for a reason. It’s YOUR time!

    • Maybe it’s the start of a new year and you are ready for a reboot.
    • Maybe what you’ve been doing isn’t getting you to the end result you wanted.
    • Maybe you are in a rut and just need a fresh perspective.

    For whatever reason you are here I’m glad you are!

    You probably have heard before that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit. It actually takes 21 days to start to develop a lasting habit. But 21 days is key.

    It’s long enough to practice something new enough times that you’ll continue to repeat it if you want to.

    It’s not so long that you’ll feel like there is no way to be successful.

    Changing an old habit or starting a new one starts with three things:

    • a clear achievable goal
    • commitment
    • focus

    But it doesn’t have to be hard. In fact it shouldn’t be.

    Have you ever taken a hike up a steep hill? At a certain point it gets really hard. To make it through you just have to focus putting one foot in front of the other. Breaking it down to bite size actions you can do to get to the end goal.

    You CAN take just one more step, then just one more. That’s much easier than focusing on the top of the mountain from the start of the climb. Otherwise it’s overwhelming and almost impossible to psyche up to get going.

    Building a habit is the same thing. Building a foundation on simple, easy changes sets you up for success!

    Our 21-day Fresh Start Reboot is just that. Little things you can do every day to start to achieve the goals you desire and that I know you can!!

    What does it involve?

    You’ll get an email a day with some great information, a simple task or a useful tool to support your goals. Bite-size steps to move toward an ultimate goal you set for yourself.

    By practicing a new habit each day by the end of 21 days you’ll have a focus that allows you to continue or build toward new goals.
