Dip rice paper wrappers in water to soften.

Step 1

Place the wrapper on a plastic cutting board, textured side facing up.

Begin to layer ingredients starting with the lettuce on the bottom third of the wrapper.

Add some carrot, cucumber and green onion.

Add avocado, cilantro and shrimp on the top.

Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the ingredients...

Fold the right and left sides in over the bottom.
