Ranch Pickles

Crunchy dill pickle spears combined with zesty ranch seasoning make a delicious new low calorie snack sensation. The pickles are milder in flavor with the subtle flavor of classic Ranch. Fast and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 24-ounce jar dill pickle spears
  • 1 1-ounce packet ranch dressing seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Open the jar of pickles will be full with brine. To add the ranch dressing without spilling, slowly pour it onto the top of the liquid and allow it to start to dissolve before gently pushing the rest into the liquid with a dining knife.
    Alternatively you can remove 1 tablespoon of the brine.
    1 24-ounce jar dill pickle spears, 1 1-ounce packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • Seal the top of the jar of the pickle jar and gently shake the jar to mix the ranch seasoning into the dill pickle spears.
  • Allow the seasoning to soak in the for at least 24 hours before serving. They are even better the next day and beyond!

The serving size is based on the jar of pickles indicated servings. 
How to store
You can store the pickles in their original jar or in an airtight container (like Mason jars) in the refrigerator until the expiration date (or 'best buy' date) on the jar of pickles.
