Ingredient Notes
Use fully ripe peaches. They both add the summery peach flavor and also blend best if ripe and juicy.
Tips
Frozen drinks are not as sweet which makes using fully ripe peaches important for great flavor.
Start with chilled wine. This will keep the frosé cocktails slushy.
Using a dry wine. Dry wines are opposite of sweet wines in that they have less sugar and fewer calories. We use a dry rose for this recipe which helps keep the calories lower.
