Light Pumpkin Fluff

Light, airy Pumpkin Fluff is like eating a sweet pumpkin flavored cloud. Delicious for dipping everything from sliced apples and pears to ginger snaps and more. A wonderful taste of fall with warming spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1 1-ounce packages sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8-ounce container frozen sugar-free whipped topping thawed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the pumpkin puree, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir together until the pudding mix has dissolved.
    1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree, 1 1-ounce packages sugar free vanilla pudding, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fold in the thawed whipped topping until all ingredients are fully combined.
    1 8-ounce container frozen sugar-free whipped topping
  • Cover the dip and chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • For easier portion control and calorie management, spoon individual servings into separate bowls (it can also be served as one large shared serving).

The calories can vary depending on different brands used. We used Cool Whip Zero Sugar for this calculation and Jell-O brand Sugar Free Fat Free vanilla pudding. 
How to Store
Store pumpkin fluff in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing not recommended.
