- 20 mini sweet peppers should be one 16-ounce packages; rinsed, stem removed, halved lengthwise, seeds and membrane removed
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese softened
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning blend plus more for sprinkling on top
In a large mixing bowl stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning until smooth.

Spread the mixture to fill the cavity of the halved mini peppers. Top with additional sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning (if desired).
