Greek Salad Dressing

Fresh, zesty homemade Greek salad dressing is delicious and easy to make. This vinaigrette has fresh lemon and oregano flavors along with garlic. Great as a marinade too!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients into a small bowl or into a jar with lid.
    ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup red wine vinegar, 2 garlic cloves, ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, ½ teaspoon Kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • If using a bowl, whisk together. If using a jar, seal and shake well to combine.

Notes

Suggested serving size: 2 tablespoons
How to store: store in a sealed jar or glass container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
