- 24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 2 1-ounce packages sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (not made into pudding)
- ¾ cup low fat milk
- ½ cup sugar free cherry pie filling
Add the cottage cheese to the pitcher of your blender. Blend the cottage cheese to a smooth consistency. NOTE: Depending on the size of your blender pitcher and strength of your blender this may need to be done in batches then combined at the end. If in doubt start with half the container, remove and blend the second half. Leave the first have out until the other ingredients are blended. 24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
Add the sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and the milk to the blender pitcher with the smooth cottage cheese. Gently stir in; then close the lid and blend to fully combine.NOTE: the stirring is just to begin to mix the pudding mix into the cottage cheese for easier blending by the blender. 2 1-ounce packages sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, ¾ cup low fat milk
If the cottage cheese was blended in batches, return any blended cottage cheese back into the blender. Blend to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a serving dish (cover with plastic wrap) or sealed container with lid. Allow to chill for 1 hour.
Spoon ½ cup of the no sugar added cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake dip. Place back in the refrigerator to chill 15 additional minutes. Serve chilled with favorite dippers.
