Toss tomatoes and onions with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Step 1

Slice top of garlic head off. Drizzle olive oil and wrap in foil.

Roast for 35 minutes at 425 degrees.

Step 3

Add garlic to food processor with tomatoes, onion, basil and balsamic vinegar.
