Bake cornbread cubes for 15 minutes to dry out.

Brown the turkey sausage until cooked.

Melt butter in the skillet.

Step 3

Sauté onions, celery and apple for 5 minutes.

Add dried cranberries and spice. Sauté 2 minutes.

Combine sausage, vegetables, cornbread and parsley.

Whisk an egg into the chicken stock and stir into the mixture.

Scoop into a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray.
