Watermelon White Wine Slushy Cocktails

Cool refreshing sweet watermelon blended up with chilled white wine and ice into a slushy cocktail perfect for summer sipping!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 7 cups cut watermelon
  • 1 750-ml bottle bottle white wine
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the blender pitcher. Process to liquify the watermelon and pulverize the ice until the mixture is smooth.
  • NOTE: for a regular size blender this may need to be done in batches. Combine at the end into a serving pitcher and stir together.
  • Pour into glasses or a serving pitcher and serve immediately.

  • Start with a chilled bottle of wine
  • Choose ripe sweet watermelon.
