Summer Fruit Salad

Refreshing Summer Fruit Salad is full of ripe favorite seasonal fruits. A little bit of fresh lime juice and fresh mint take it to the next level! A delicious healthy recipe is a perfect side dish or tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raspberries (2 6-ounce containers), rinsed and dried on paper towels
  • 3 cups strawberries (1 16-ounce container) hulled, rinsed and quartered
  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups halved pitted cherries
  • Juice from 2 limes aproximately ¼ cups
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  • Combine the raspberries, strawberries, watermelon and cherries in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle on the chopped mint and lime juice. Toss to fully mix and coat the fruit.

Notes

Choose fully ripe fruits for best flavor and sweetness.
How to Store
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. The fruit salad is best in the 1-2 days.
