Homemade Poultry Seasoning

Homemade poultry seasoning is fast and easy to make from classic dried herbs already in your spice cabinet. Great on everything from Thanksgiving turkey to roast chicken, vegetables, soups, stews and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage leaf
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all the dried herbs in a bowl
  • Whisk to fully combine. Use as is or for a powder consistency process through a spice grinder or clean coffee grinder.

Notes

Serving size: any amount can be used and will depend on the recipe the seasoning is being added to. For nutritional information purposes only we used 2 teaspoons as a serving size (for WW Personal Points too).
