Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chilled prosecco
  • 4 ounces aperol
  • 8 ounces orange flavored seltzer water we used La Croix
  • 2-3 cups ice see notes

Instructions

  • Combine the prosecco, aperol and sparkling water in a blender jar.
  • Add 2-3 cups of ice. Blend until desired consistency. Serve garnished with orange slices.

Notes

Note on ice amount
The amount of ice you'll use will depend on how slushy you want the cocktail to be. Depending on the size of your blender jar you may need to split the ingredients into two batches if adding lots of ice.
Serving size
This makes 4 8-ounce servings (serving size may vary depending on how much ice you use).
