Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats regular or gluten-free; do not use Instant Oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Applesauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ apple chopped (for topping when served)

Optional Toppings

  • chopped nuts
  • extra drizzle of maple syrup, honey or sprinkle of brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a 1 ½ cup (12 ounces) jar or larger glass jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk and applesauce. Stir to fully combine.
  • Add the cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir in.
  • Seal and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  • Top with chopped fresh apple and other favorite toppings if desired.
